You can rent our studio space anytime! Call 860-233-8552 or come in to schedule your studio time.

HCB Arts Center Studio 1

Studio 1     36 X 32   $25/hour ($20/hour)
Studio 2     20 X 20   $20/hour ($15/hour)

Audition Rates: All Studios - $55/hour ($45 for Not-for-Profit) You may be asked to rent a holding room before your audition at the same rate as the audition space.
Performance Rates: All performances - $250($200 for not-for-profit) for 5 hours
Class Rates: All Studios - $55/hour ($45 for Not-for-Profit) You may be asked to rent a holding room before your class at the same rate as the class space.

* To receive the not-for-profit rate, you must present your company's 501(c)(3) documentation from the I.R.S. or documentation of your fiscal conduit.

**With clicking "submit" you authorize HCB to charge your credit card for the amount of your selected program.

Studios may be used for the following
Private or Semi-Private Coaching (no more than 3 students)
Rehearsal
Auditions
Photo Shoot
Film/Video Shoot
Performance

*Food, drinks, street shoes, and smoking are not allowed in the studios.

Studio equipment:
Floors: Studios have sprung floor with marley surface.
Sound: All studios have a full sound system including CD player, speakers, plug in for IPOD or minidisk player
Barres: Stationary and portable
Piano: Upright

A credit card (MasterCard or Visa) must be on file to secure the rental.
Payment must be made by check, cash or credit card prior to occupancy of the studio. Please stop at the front desk located on 420 New Park Ave. Hartford, CT to pay for your rental otherwise your credit card will be charged.
A 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect. Your credit card will be charged if you do not cancel within this time period.
